The Big Aussie BBQ is a major fundraiser for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia

• Each September everyone is encouraged to hold an Aussie BBQ, invite your friends and raise awareness of prostate cancer in the community as well as raising funds for research.

In 2016 the Northern Beaches Prostate Cancer Support Group held a Big Aussie BBQ at Rat Park in Warriewood  and although the weather was wet there was quite a crowd who came to support our day.

We held a raffle with some great prizes and we would like to thank our sponsors for their generosity.

So many of the local business gave their support, community organisations joined us, there were musicians, martial arts display, market stalls and of course our members cooked up the best sausage sandwiches on the Northern Beaches.

A big thank you to everyone who made our day a success.
